Customers must provide valid identity proof, driving license, and required documents at the time of vehicle pickup. The renter must be legally eligible to drive in India.
The rented vehicle should be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Rash driving, illegal activities, racing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with insufficient fuel.
The customer is responsible for any damage, accident, traffic violation, or loss caused during the rental period. Repair or penalty charges may apply as per the situation.
Vehicles must be returned on time according to the booking schedule. Late returns may result in additional hourly or daily rental charges.
Booking cancellations should be informed in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing and booking confirmation status.
Customers are expected to maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper condition during the rental period. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in cleaning charges.
Sayyed Car Rental reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
